we will never forget

we switched out your clothes this month and I found all these cute jeans, but it's still too hot to wear them :(

we got to visit Oak's Grandma and Pa over Labor Day weekend. You had so much fun and you received so much lovin!

you LOVE to stand... always have!

one morning I took you outside to air out your bum and it was COLD. not cool, but COLD. we went and woke up daddy and took advantage of the perfect morning by going on a nice long walk!! C'mon Fall!

Asher let you ride in his wagon. I think daddy was giving you a pep talk about riding with girls

you know your daddy's voice, presence, face, and hair! actually because his hair is so long right now you love grabbing it and daddy likes shaking it in your face. it makes you laugh every time! and speaking of daddy's voice, it was the most PRECIOUS sight at the football game when you got scared because of the loud crowd going crazy but the minute you heard your daddy's voice, it calmed you. it was instant. wow! so many thoughts about that experience... a window into the heart of God!

your first Baylor football game!!! (poor thing, I think you had slept maybe an hour that whole day because we were at World Mandate, and you were completely wiped out!)

Is he really that tall?? Yes. 6'6. I never realize our height difference until there's a photo of it. (PS-need more family pix!! seriously! I think we only have a handful if that!)
