We got to go in the secret, teeny tiny elevator. It was majorly tight that Leann had to close her eyes, and I dont mean tight as in bomb.com...it was claustrophobic! It was cool though because it was a see-through elevator; like you could see the inside of the building while going up. It was a brick wall and water tower thing basically at the tip of my nose... does that make sense?? It was pretty cool.
Lauren being Lauren :) Supposedly this painting, and others surrounding it, were attempted to be taken to the Smithsonian in DC. But Randolph wouldn't give them up. They've been there since back in the day when the base was built..1930's-ish
