In August Rachel came to visit on her way to Florida for a conference!! We had a great time and took her out to a fancy dinner!! It was the first time we all had "bananas foster" and it was A-mazing!!! (Hence, the picture with the flame) In fact, we thought we were going to catch on fire bcuz the waiter didn't know what the heck he was doing..Rach did enjoy time with her sis and brother in law.. but sad to say she said "It was so hot!! I've always thought to myself I don't think there's anywhere I couldn't live...but I couldn't live in Texas!!" The heat was too much to handle. I know what she means! The heat here is so much worse than Cali heat!! But we do appreciate you coming and visiting for a week! Love you sistah-friend!
