For Valentine's we spent a night in Austin (remember Z loves priceline??)!!! We both love the getaway weekends, even though we haven't done something like that since our 1 year anniversary. (Ok I lied, we did get a free hotel when I was in Baltimore, so I guess that counts... kinda)...Anyways we were about due! We ate out, shopped, went to Whole Foods, and enjoyed some coffee and breakfast lounging on Starbucks porch, did some more shopping, and finished the trip with one of Z's favorites, Genghis Grill. It was a great weekend!! And I just hope it will happen again... before another year passes:)
The hotel we stayed in had a rooftop heated pool and spa, but when we went to check it out the spa was filled with all these peeps getting wasted. So we figured let's join em! jk, we watched the Olympics instead.
And on Sunday, V-Day, I made Z some white chocolate strawberries. The things next to them are something I made up called haystacks. Pure sugar basically which makes them so dang good!
And this was Z's gift to me... it was very thoughtful... :)
