Keeping up with the Jones': Spring Olympics

What is a better way to bring in spring beside Spring Olympics?? The competition was Girls v Boys and each team came up with 2 events:

1. Egg Toss

2. Painting Nails

3. Marshmallow Challenge

4. Baking choc chip cookies from scratch

I didn't last long and got me and Carly out. My middle finger had poked the egg... on accident, I swear... (Boys won, obviously)

this competition was all about speediness and prettiest

it was a given, girls won

then the marshmallow challenge. you had to put the mallow in your mouth and spit it to your teammate across the way; 8 times total, back and forth

we had good effort, but it just didn't quite work out and we lost

during the cookie competiton the girls waited in the living. when we came in the kitchen the boys had craisins, hershey syrup, pinto beans, and animal crackers on the counters. (they were trying to throw us off.) and as we started to make our cookies we noticed they didnt use that much sugar. and just before I was going to pour some in our bowl, Jenny said ''I bet they put salt in it. we better check." Jenny knows her husband oh so well. and that basically made us win. the boys were officially DQ'd for the whole Olympics because they put salt in the sugar. shame, shame
