Well last week was Spring Break for those who were lucky enough to have one:) And during that week we got the privilege of taking care of Ruby. Zach asked me the week before if we could watch her for the Griffins and I said "As long as you go on walks with me and her." It was a deal. It didn't take long to get a routine down and it went a little something like this:
I wake up, let Ruby out of her cage.
Let her stretch a little bit and then take her outside.
She comes in and I give her a bacon strip if she went potty.
Then we both go to our bedroom and jump on the bed to wake Z up and give him lots of kisses.
Ok, I didn't do that, but Ruby sure did. And absolutely loved it every morning.
She would cry at the door if I fed her before letting her wake up Z.
And there were mornings where Z would be crying for Ruby to come jump on the bed.
The thing is, is that Ruby's not allowed on furniture. And I hope we didn't make it a habit.
But Jake and Abigail say "only at Uncle Z and Aunt V's is she allowed to do that."
Well the week went by and we love, loved taking care of her.
She is super obedient and loves to be next to you.
She's the sweetest thing.

See. She just wants to be next to you.

Umm, we only had one accident. But it was one BIG accident. You know what I'm sayin..??..

So she had a timeout,

and we went on our walks,
wrestled a bit,

and loved the junk out of her.
We love you Rubes and your welcome here anytime!
